We Value People - People matter to God: God demonstrated the high value He places on people by creating us in His image for personal relationship with Him. He showed His love for us by giving His very best, His Son, to provide the gift of salvation. We believe it is our mandate to share the salvation message with everyone and make other disciples of Jesus. We Value Application of Scripture - Teaching is for life-change: We believe the Bible is God’s word to the world. As we teach scripture, the Holy Spirit transforms our minds and hearts so that we can live and practice the life-changing principles and commands He gives us. God gave us His word to know Him, equip us, and mature us for His glory and our benefit. (Psalms 1:1-6, James 1:22-25, Luke 6:46-49, Psalms 119:11, Matt 4:4, Proverbs 30:5, 2 Tim 3:16)

We Value Authentic Community - Life change happens best in community groups: We believe God designed us to do life together in Christian community, where real authenticity is expressed through openness with others about our strengths and weaknesses. We will help people find their way from the large group (Sunday services) into relationally authentic community groups (Life Groups). (1 John 1:7, Matt 7:16, Phil 2:1-8, Acts 2:46-47, Heb 10:24-25, Rom 12:3-18, 1 Cor 12:12-25)

We Value Relevance - Although our methods will change, the message will not: We believe the Bible is the most exciting and timeless book ever written, and we seek to share its perpetual truth in ways that relate to everyday life. We Value Service - Every member is a minister: We believe God has equipped every follower of Christ with gifts and passions to be used for His glory in ministry to others. We will encourage each person to discover and exercise their gifts and talents in service to our church, community, and the world through the leading and power of the Holy Spirit.
